News, 20220101: Earth Changes; Trudeau’s Hate Crime
Here’s wishing you a happy and prosperous new year and a safe path through what promises to be a tumultuous year.
I follow Ben Davidson on his YouTube channel SuspiciousObservers. He does a 5-minute daily early morning podcast that covers space weather and key scientific papers released in the fields of climate science, geoscience, astrophysics, astronomy, and solar physics among others He is an enormously capable person who can understand what’s going on in these fields and synthesize a composite understanding of how they all fit together. Scientists generally are so focused on the large quantity of minutiae in their own fields that they rarely try to integrate with other fields or paradigms.
On his YouTube channel you can find playlists on various topics. One topic is on the catastrophes that visit the earth over millions of years with a focus on the last hundred thousand or so. Keep in mind that this is a composite of scientific knowledge and not astrology, biblical end times revelation or any esoteric theory.
To be shocked and unbelieving is an understandable reaction. But again, this is what science is putting together.
A Clear Hate Crime
Canada’s Prime minister has a habit of speaking one way in Quebec in French and another way in English to the rest of Canada. His pro-Quebec sentiment is reinforced as often as his disdain for the West. It shines again here in this article from Zero Hedge: Trudeau Implies Black Canadians “Racist, Misogynistic” – Questions Whether Unvaxx’d Should Be “Tolerated”.
Speaking on a Quebecois television station he is quoted as saying of the unvaccinated:
They don’t believe in science/progress and are very often misogynistic and racist. It’s a very small group of people, but that doesn’t shy away from the fact that they take up some space.
First of all, he has no idea what the beliefs of the unvaxxed are since he has not asked them or produced the citation for any study that would have sampled them. In other words, there is no science behind his claim. On the same note he has no knowledge if all or in fact any are “misogynistic and racist”. To make such claims is clearly hateful and criminal.
The phrase “they take up some space” is puzzling. I think the Charter of Rights and Freedoms grants us some degree of “space”, unless our very existence is his problem.
He went on to say:
This leads us, as a leader and as a country, to make a choice: Do we tolerate these people? Over 80% of the population of Quebec have done their duty by getting the shot. They are obviously not the issue in this situation.
Note the statement that the people of Quebec are not the problem fostering political division along social and linguistic lines. But the most dangerous statement of all is that in which he questions whether the unvaxxed should be “tolerated”. What form would this intolerance take? Concentration and reeducation camps? Remember he is on video admiring the ability of the CCP to do what they want as evidenced by their treatment of Uighurs and Falun Gong members.
I find it frightening that the leader of a country that purports to be open, free, and tolerant would not only isolate a segment of society but actively incite the rest of the population to hate them In the extreme, he may be threatening measures that may result in the imprisonment or death of the minority.
With the autocratic way politicians have handled the COVID crisis, we are a long way towards giving this guy what he wants. Still. a lot of people like and vote for this guy. Go figure.
